Mission of Landtech Consultants

When we founded Landtech Consultants in 1991, we created a civil and structural engineering firm that understands the business challenges and unique issues that public agencies, architects and builders face. We are Bay Area experts in understanding land technology and building projects for our clients.

We chose the name "Landtech" because it communicates three important features of our firm:

• We know and understand how to improve the land in a way that fulfills the vision of the people improving it
• We're "green"--and we were that way before it was a trend
• We promote technological innovation and creativity
  
  
  In the years since Landtech began providing civil and structural engineering services to the Bay Area's top public agencies, architects, and builders, we have distinguished ourselves on a variety of project types. This includes public sector projects, residential, educational, commercial, seismic retrofits, recreational and environmental cleanup projects. We offer all aspects of civil and structural engineering, and people recognize us for our knowledge, experience, and creativity in the area of seismic retrofit.
