When we founded Landtech Consultants in 1991, it was with the intention of creating a civil and structural engineering firm that understands the business challenges and unique issues that architects, builders, and developers face. We wanted this firm to become the Bay Area's experts in understanding land technology and building projects for the clients we serve. We chose the name "Landtech" because it communicated three special messages: 1, a knowledge and understanding of how to develop land in a way that fulfilled the vision of the people or person developing it; 2, We wanted what we did to be "land friendly" from an environmental perspective; and 3, We wanted our firm to be recognized for our innovation and adventurousness when it came to technology. In the 10 years since Landtech began providing civil and structural engineering services to the Bay Area's top developers, architects, and builders, our firm has distinguished itself on a variety of project types-office buildings, schools, golf courses, homes, parks, retail stores, and brownfield properties, to name a few.
