Landtech Consultants provides structural engineering and civil engineering consulting services to public- and private-sector clients in the Bay Area, including East Bay and South Bay, as well as throughout Northern California. Our structural engineer services include design of new buildings and other facilities, building renovations, seismic retrofits for existing buildings/facilities. Our civil engineer services include land planning, site development and renovation/restoration projects. Based in the Bay Area, the firm’s clients include municipalities (cities, towns, counties), architects, real estate developers, commercial and retail companies.
