Our structural engineering services include design of new buildings and other facilities, building renovations, and seismic retrofits for existing buildings/facilities. Our civil engineering services include land planning, site development, and renovation/restoration projects. Based in the Bay Area, the firm’s clients include municipalities (cities, towns, counties), architects, real estate developers, and commercial and retail companies.

Our office is located in Fremont, California, centrally within our service areas of Oakland, Berkeley to the North, the greater San Jose/ Silicon Valley area to the South, and the South San Francisco Peninsula to the West. We specialize in understanding the intricacies of development in this very special region of the Bay Area, as well as what makes California a unique place to do business and develop property. Every project we have worked on, whether as project civil engineers or structural engineers, has had its unique yet familiar set of challenges.
